Valid Entries will be judged by a panel of judges (”Judges”) selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may remove or replace a Judge or appoint additional Judges at any time in its sole discretion. Multiple Entries for the same Community or for overlapping or contiguous Communities may be grouped together by the Sponsor as outlined above in which event the Entries will be considered collectively as a single Entry. The Judges will review each Entry and will score each nominated Community using the following judging criteria
(i) level of enthusiasm for a dog park within the Community (60%);
(ii) level of support that will be provided for a dog park within the Community (30%);
(iii) level of impact that a dog park will have on the Community (10%).
The Judges may consider demographic data and other publicly available Community-specific information, in addition to information contained in the Entries for that Community.
The Communities nominated in the 25 Entries with the highest scores which comply with all Contest requirements will be declared Semi-Finalists by the Judges (the “Semi-Finalists”), and those Communities will move on to the next phase of the Contest. Communities will be notified of their selection as Semi- Finalists on June 10, 2011 or as soon thereafter as practicable

Just wanted to let you all know that to be chosen as a semi finalist we need both community support as well as comments that show our community will benefit ( you will see there are two boxes on the website) http://www.barkforyourpark.com/city/Foxboro_Massachusetts  so if you are willing to volunteer in any capacity ( park enthusiast, money, time, services, civic leader) would you also click on the “add support” button as well as post a comment on how our community will benefit
We will need a lot of both to move to the semi’s
Thanks
Deb and Heather
